WHEREAS The purpose of this resolution is to amend Board Report 16.2, Educational Vistas Inc – 2024-2025, meeting of 9/18/24 (Original contract 2025-00000446 and original BOCS approval date 9/24/2024 - Original amount of $28,565.00). This amendment is intended to increase the amount of the agreement by $1,400.00 in order to cover the increased cost of projects related to the ELA, Math & Science Scoring process for the 2024-2025 school year.
WHEREAS the increase is necessary to cover the costs related to unforeseen overages for projects that have occurred throughout the 2024-2025 school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend the 2024-2025 agreement with Educational Vista Inc to increase the amount by $1,400.00 bringing the total cost for the contract to $29,965.00 |
