Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to extend the term of the contract with Ken Broadhurst for consulting services, organization development and leadership coaching for the district’s leadership team for the 2019-2020 school year,
WHEREAS the Superintendent of Schools has a vision and specific goals for his leadership team and Mr. Ken Broadhurst will continue to provide these services which meet the objectives set forth by the Board, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to extend the contract with Ken Broadhurst to complete these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to extend the contract with Ken Broadhurst until June 30, 2020 at no additional cost to the district.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
