RFB6419 was let for bid on or about June 6 and opened on June 21, 2019. Creative Library Concepts was the sole bidder.
This is to furnish and deliver furniture for the classrooms being added and reconstructed at the Eugenio Maria de Hostos Micro Society School.
The purchase of furniture for CIP 10807 is being procured via seven separate Resolutions with some to be purchased under state contract and others let for public bid. The total value of all furniture to purchase under CIP 10807 is in the amount of $193,601.46.
This resolution is one of seven resolutions and is for furnishing and delivering (10) Muzo Mini Mobile Tables, (5) 3 Branch Maker Tables, (30) Fomcore Lily Pads, & (3) Trolleys for the amount of $29,328.32.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on June 21, 2019 in compliance with General Municipal Law for Bid No. 6419 Furnish and Deliver Muzo Mini Mobile Tables, 3 Branch Maker Tables, Fomcore Lily Pads, & Trolleys or Equal for CIP 10807 “Classroom Additions and Alterations Project” at the Eugenio Maria de Hostos Micro Society School, and
WHEREAS: such bids were duly examined and as a result of this examination of the bids submitted, the administration has determined that Creative Library Concepts, is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $29,328.32.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that Bid No. 6419 Furnish and Deliver Muzo Mini Mobile Tables, 3 Branch Maker Tables, Fomcore Lily Pads, & Trolleys or Equal for CIP 10807 “Classroom Additions and Alterations Project” at the Eugenio Maria de Hostos Micro Society School to Creative Library Concepts, PO Box 313 Manalapan, NJ 07726 in an amount not to exceed $29,328.32 for a term of 365 calendar days.
