Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Rockland Bakery to purchase fresh bread and baked items for the 2019-2020 school year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Rockland Bakery to provide fresh bread and baked items, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hearby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Rockland Bakery at a cost not to exceed $261,908.50
