Rationale:
|
This amendment will decrease their assignment fee from $90,000.00 to $77,778.00.
Via Resolution 17.5 at their stated meeting on January 20, 2016 the Board of Trustees awarded a requirements contract to Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), for an amount not to exceed $1 million. Via Resolution 22.22 at the June 2017 stated meeting this contract was amended to increase the upset funding limit to $1.5 million and extend the term for another 3 years.
The project has been completed and this resolution is to take a credit from AE for the assigned additional services and reimbursable fees not used in the course of this work.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: under Resolution 17.11 at the stated meeting on February 10, 2016, the Board of Education authorized the Assignment of Professional Architectural/Engineering Services Task for PO #2016-617828, CIP 10730 “Replacement of Ceilings, Lights and Pipe Insulation in the Autoshop Wing” at the Saunders High School to Greenman-Pedersen, Inc for an amount not to exceed $90,000.00, and
WHEREAS: a credit in the amount of $12,222.00 is to be taken for additional Architectural/Engineering services and reimbursable fees not used.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend the task for PO 617828 of Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., 400 Rella Boulevard, Suite 207, Montebello, NY 10901 for capital project CIP10730 “Replacement of Ceilings, Lights and Pipe Insulation in the Autoshop Wing” at the Saunders High School, under Requirements Contract 617109 to Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., for a CREDIT in the amount of $12,222.00 revising the assigned task from $90,000 to $77,778.00.
