Amount: $10,191.00
Scope: $370,197 original contract BOE approved 17.5, 9/9/17, BOCS approved 9/21/17. Amendment 1 approved BOE 11/15/17, 18.4 reason for amendment 1 was to add specific dates of service and to add providing Title II professional development services. Amendment 2 will increase contract by $10,191. Total contract will be $380,388. Although services will be performed during the 2018-2019 school year, this is amendment to a 2017-2018 contract since the grant ends on August 31, 2018

Resolution: WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Catapult Learning, LLC to provide a full day institute with 3 presenters/3 breakout sessions for 30 participants a selected non-public school for the 2017-2018 school year,

WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Catapult Learning, LLC a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,

WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Catapult Learning, LLC to provide these services, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Catapult Learning, LLC at a cost not to exceed $380,388.00

It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
