Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with The Art of Education University to purchase services to support Art Education to The Art of Education University, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with The Art of Education University a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with The Art of Education University to provide these services and materials, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with The Art of Education University at a cost not to exceed $37,980.00.
