|
This is to award the subject PO which is to be implemented on a “where and when” basis for up to $100,000.00. Two firms were solicited for pricing. Milcon and Belfor. Belfor was substantially less and like Milcon have a good track record with the District.

Ladies and Gentlemen;
WHEREAS: An Emergency Declaration was issued on February 9, 2020 for “COVID19 Emergency Cleaning and Disinfecting”, and
WHEREAS: Under this emergency declaration the District solicited “where and when” cleaning and disinfection services for an amount up $100,000.00, and
WHEREAS: BELFOR GROUP USA indicated that they were capable and ready to make such services at the lower of two solicited prices.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to award the above c GENERAL FUND PO 2020-5643 Emergency Declaration for “COVID19 Emergency Cleaning and Disinfecting” to BELFOR USA Group in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. Term is for 365 calendar days.
