EDEquity, Inc. Term: December, 2017 – June 30, 2018 Amount: $20,000 Scope: Agreement to amend existing contract with EDEquity, Inc. to provide additional consultant services to Riverside High School during the 2017-18 school year to address the school’s goals and objectives as identified on their School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP). This is an amendment to existing contract of $40,000 approved by the Board on 10/18/17 and BOCS on 10/19/17 and represents an increase of $20,000 due to an increase in schools being serviced and services being provided. Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend its existing contract with EDEquity, Inc. to purchase additional consulting services to address the Riverside High School’s goals and objectives as identified on their School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) during the 2017-2018 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with EDEquity, Inc., a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the District has determined that these services can best be provided by EDEquity, Inc., and, WHEREAS the District has evaluated past services from the vendor and has determined that EDEquity, Inc. has performed in a satisfactory manner, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with EDEquity, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $20,000. It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
