Resolution:

WHEREAS via resolution 18.17 dated April 17, 2024 the Board of Education authorized the award of an “On-Call” architectural engineering services contract to Fuller and D’Angelo P.C. Architects and Planners in response to District RFQ-483 for an amount not to exceed $1 million, and
WHEREAS the District requires architectural engineering services for “Field Rehabilitation and Drainage Upgrades” at Paideia School 15, and
WHEREAS the response by Fuller and D’Angelo P.C. Architects and Planners is to be deemed most advantageous to the District at a cost of $16,500.00 which includes an owner directed additional allowance of $5,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to assign Fuller and D’Angelo P.C. Architects and Planners to the task of providing “On-Call” architectural engineering services for “Field Rehabilitation and Drainage Upgrades” at Paideia School 15 at a cost not to exceed $16,500.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
