Approval of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Yonkers Board of Education and Local 456, International Brotherhood of Teamsters which expired June 30, 2015.

Resolution:

WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers and the Local 456, International Brotherhood of Teamsters have engaged in collective negotiations for a successor Agreement to the July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2015 Agreement covering the salaries and conditions of employment of employees represented by Local 456, International Brotherhood of Teamsters ; and
WHEREAS, the collective negotiations between the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers and the Local 456, International Brotherhood of Teamsters have resulted in the attached Memorandum of Agreement; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers wishes to state its approval by ratifying the Memorandum of Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Yonkers Board of Education hereby approves the Agreement between the Board of Education and Local 456, International Brotherhood of Teamsters attached hereto effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2021.
