Amount: $75,000
Scope: The purpose of this amendment is to reflect the change of company name from Accelerated Literacy Learning to Susan Radley Brown, Inc. There will be no change in the consulting services provided or total contract amount of $75,000 from the original resolution approved by BOE on 10/18/17 and BOCS 10/19/17. This amendment reflects only a change in vendor name.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend October 2017 Resolution 22.12 to reflect a change only in company name from Accelerated Literacy Learning to Susan Radley Brown, Inc. for literacy professional development consulting services provided at Cross Hill Academy during the 2017-18 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Susan Radley Brown, Inc., a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the District has determined that these services can best be provided by Susan Radley Brown, Inc., and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Susan Radley Brown, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $75,000.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
