This amendment will decrease their assignment fee from $48,500.00 to $30,000.00.
Via Resolution 17.7 at their stated meeting on March 16, 2016 the Board of Trustees awarded a requirements contract to D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C., for an amount not to exceed $1 million.
The project has been completed and this resolution is to take a credit from the construction manager for the assigned additional services and reimbursable fees not used in the amount of $18,500.00.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: under Resolution 17.3 at the stated meeting on December 21, 2016, the Board of Education authorized the Assignment of Professional Construction Management Services Task for PO #2017-00004418, CIP 10730 “Replacement of Ceilings, Lights and Pipe Insulation in the Autoshop Wing” at the Saunders High School to D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C. for an amount not to exceed $48,500.00, and
WHEREAS: a credit in the amount of $18,500.00 is to be taken for additional construction management services and reimbursable fees not used.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend the task for 2017-00004418 of D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C., 4 West Red Oak Lane, Suite 315, White Plains, NY 10604 for capital project CIP10730 “Replacement of Ceilings, Lights and Pipe Insulation in the Autoshop Wing” at the Saunders High School, under Requirements Contract 618522 to D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C., Inc., for a CREDIT in the amount of $18,500.00 revising the assigned task from $48,500.00 to $30,000.00.
