WHEREAS an annual Application Softwaee Licensing and Maintenance fee is required,adjusted at the Consumer Price Index as calculated by the U.S. Department of Labor, as long as the district continues to use the Edulog Transportation System.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED : That the Superintendant of Schools is hereby authorized to pay the annual Application Software Licensing and Maintenance Fee for Edulog Pupil Transportation System and Boundary Planning,Redistricting and WebQuery Software for a total not to exceed $21,783.00 |
