WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with the attached vendor to purchase portable radios for the Yonkers Public Schools district for the 2018-2019 school year.
WHEREAS the District has determined that this equipment can best be provided by Motorola Solutions, NYS Contract PT67405
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Motorola Solutions to provide this equipment at a cost not to exceed $74,951.00 |

NOW THEREFOREBE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Motorola Solutions at a cost not to exceed $74,951.00. It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education ("BOE") and the City of Yonkers (the "City") as filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject of review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City's Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore this agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel's Office. |
