Term: 2018-2019
Original Amount: $120.00 a day per student for 2 hours of academic support as per the Home and Hospital rate.
1st Amendment - $63,120.00 (Resolution # 15.3 BOE approved 11/20/18, 15.3)
New Amended Amount: $183,480.00
(total contract not to exceed $246,600.00)
Account: Rebound is a full day program that offers academic support, counseling and electives for high school students with substance use and/or mental health issues.Services will be determined as follows:- On an as needed basis to be determined by the District based upon students' need.- Student length of stay is determined by the individual student need.- District would only be financially responsible for the academic tutoring portion of the day.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with The Guidance Center of Westchester which offers academic support, counseling and electives for high school students with substance use and/or mental health issues
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED: that the School District hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with The Guidance Center of Westchester in an amount not to exceed $183,480.00
