Amount: $66,500
Scope: The purpose of this amendment is to reflect the change of company name from CLUSTER, Inc. to Congregations Linked in Urban Strategy To Effect Renewal, Inc. There will be no change in the consulting services provided or total contract amount of $66,500 from December 2017 Resolution 19.8 approved by BOE on 12/20/17 and BOCS 12/28/17. This amendment reflects only a change in vendor name as reported to the NYS Department of State Division of Corporations.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend December 2017 Resolution 19.8 to reflect a change only in company name from CLUSTER, Inc. to Congregations Linked in Urban Strategy To Effect Renewal, Inc. for consulting services provided at Museum School 25, Martin Luther King, Jr. Academy and Robert C. Dodson School for the 2017-2018 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Congregations Linked in Urban Strategy To Effect Renewal, Inc., a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the District has determined that these services can best be provided by Congregations Linked in Urban Strategy To Effect Renewal, Inc., and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Congregations Linked in Urban Strategy To Effect Renewal, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $66,500.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
