This amendment will decrease their assignment fee from $34,750.00 to $0.
Via Resolution 17.7 at their stated meeting on March 16, 2016 the Board of Trustees awarded a requirements contract to C3 (Cooperative Construction Consultants, LLC), for an amount not to exceed $1 million.
The project has been completed and this resolution is to take down this PO in order to use these funds elsewhere.
The task originally anticipated for assignment was handled by E&R Engineering under their original agreement.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: under Resolution 17.6 at the stated meeting on April 20, 2016, the Board of Education authorized the Assignment of Professional Construction Management Services Task for PO #2017-00004416, CIP 10574 “Boiler Replacement” project at the Family School 32 to Cooperative Construction Consultants, LLC for an amount not to exceed $34,750.00, and
WHEREAS: a credit in the amount of $34,750 is to be taken for construction management services and reimbursable fees not used.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend the task for 2017-00004416 of Cooperative Construction Consultants, LLC, 45 Knollwood Road, Elmsford, NY 10523 for capital project CIP10574 “Boiler Replacement” project at the Family School 32, under Requirements Contract 618547 to Cooperative Construction Consultants, LLC, for a CREDIT in the amount of $34,750 voiding the assigned task to $0.
