Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education hereby appoints Andrew P. Levin, M.D., as a School District medical consultant to provide services to the District pursuant to Section 913 of the New York State Education Law, and,
WHEREAS Andrew P. Levin, M.D., will provide the district with psychiatric examinations as well as testimony at administrative hearings on an as needed basis, for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that Dr. Levin’s fee shall not exceed $450.00 per hour for evaluations/examinations and any work related thereto and $3,600.00 per day of testimony. The cost of this contract will not have any impact on the Yonkers Board of Education budget.
