Resolution:
|
WHEREAS, Article 52, Section 2554 of New York State Education Law provides that a school district retains a Claims Auditor, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education issued a Request for Proposal (RFP No. 341B) for Claims Auditor provided for an option to renew by mutual consent for up to two additional 12 month periods, and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to exercise the option to reappoint Tobin & Company, Certified Public Accountants, PC to perform the duties of Claims Auditor for the 2019-2020 school year, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education reappoints Tobin & Company, Certified Public Accountants, PC for an additional year for an amount not to exceed $54,000 annually.
