Original Contract:$20,000 Amendment 1 Amount Increase: $20,000 New Total: $40,000 Term: February 2025 to December 2025 - DigiGeeks will collaborate with the MBK Yonkers team to support MBK Yonkers to provide strategic consulting. They will provide support in creating an MBK Yonkers Strategic plan. The amendment reflects an extension in the Term of contract be extended to December 31, 2025 and increase the total contract to $40,000.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend Resolution 17.7, BOE approved 3/26/25 and BOCS approved 3/11/25 with DigiGeeks Collective to purchase consulting services to collaborate with MBK Yonkers to provide strategic consulting in the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with DigiGeeks Collective a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend Resolution 17.7, BOE approved 2/26/25 and BOC approved 3/11/25 with DigiGeeks Collective to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend Resolution 17.7, BOE approved 2/26/25 and BOCS approved 3/11/25 with DigiGeeks Collective at a cost not to exceed $40,000.
