WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Quaver Ed Music to purchase services and materials to support music education for the 2025-2026 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Quaver Ed Music a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Quaver Ed Music to provide these services and materials, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Quaver Ed Music at a cost not to exceed $49,200.00.
