|
The subject contract has provisions to allow for 2 annual renewals with the mutual consent of both parties and with no changes permitted in the original terms and conditions. Amendment 1 is to authorize the administration to execute the first renewal.

Ladies and Gentlemen;
WHEREAS: Via Resolution Item 21.5 on July 17, 2019 the Board approved the award of the general fund annual service contract “Maintenance, Service and Repairs of Emergency Power Systems” to FM Generator in the amount of $66,830.00 for a term of 365 calendar days, and
WHEREAS: the subject contract has provisions to allow for 2 annual renewals with the mutual consent of both parties and with no changes permitted in the original terms and conditions, and
WHEREAS: both parties consent and desire to renew this contract under said provision for the first renewal increasing the total contract amount to $133,660.00 and the term to 730 calendar days.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that via this Resolution the Board approved the first amendment to GENERAL FUND ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT 2020-00000129 “Maintenance, Service and Repairs of Emergency Power Systems” with FM Generator, 35 Pequit Street, Canton, Ma 02021 under the same terms, conditions in the amount for $66,830.00 and 365 calendar days. This increases the contract amount from $66,830.00 to $133,660.00 and the term to 730 calendar days.
