WHEREAS: based upon the review by the Yonkers Board of Education of the proposed capital project set forth herein, the Yonkers Board of Education hereby finds that the Proposed action constitutes a “Type II Action” as such term is defined in the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and the Regulations of the Department of Environmental conservation of the State of New York (NYCRR Part 617), and
WHEREAS: the following project can be properly classified as TYPE II action:
Capital Improvement Projects 10824 Lincoln High School Building Envelope Restoration;
10862 Siragusa 14 Building Envelope Restoration; 10863 School 23 Building Envelope Restoration
10864 Gibran 28 Building Envelope Restoration; 10865 YMA Building Envelope Restoration; 10866 Riverside Building Envelope Restoration; 10867 School 29 Building Envelope Restoration; 10868 Palisades Building Envelope Restoration; 10869 PEARLS Building Envelope Restoration; 10870 Gorton Building Envelope Restoration; 10871 Cornell Building Envelope Restoration; 10872 Enrico Fermi Reconstruction of Entrance Pedestrian Bridge
