Resolution: WHEREAS: The following quotes have been submitted in compliance with NYS Contract that respectfully requests to provide three quotes;

WHEREAS: The Yonkers Public Schools wish to provide more prekindergarten seats for students and families as required by New York State Universal Prekindergarten Regulations;

WHEREAS: Discount School Supply is the lowest bidder offering prices lower than NYS contract pricing. To better service these students new furniture and supplies are needed, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Schools is hereby to enter into an agreement with the above named organization for the provision of furniture and supplies to the New PreK Classrooms at School 30, Thomas Cornell Academy and Rosemary Ann Siragusa at a total cost not to exceed the amount of $18,134.28 for the 2018-2019 school year.
