WHEREAS, Westchester County Legislature Virginia Perez and the Dominican Cultural Association of Yonkers wish to donate $5,000.00 worth of school supplies to students from Pre-K to 8th grade at Martin Luther King Jr. Academy in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools hereby approve this donation from Westchester County Legislature Virginia Perez and the Dominican Cultural Association of Yonkers to Martin Luther King Jr. Academy in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
