RESOLVED, the Board of Education hereby appoints J. Emmett Murphy, Esq., Kenneth M. Bernstein, Esq., Robert J. Ponzini, Esq., and Justin Pruyne, Esq., to serve as Hearing Officers for Civil Service Law Section 75 proceedings and any disciplinary proceedings for civil servants pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, for which the Yonkers Public Schools is required to appoint such Hearing Officers.
