Ponzini, Esq., and Justin Pruyne, Esq., to serve as Hearing Officers for Civil Service Law Section 75 proceedings and any disciplinary proceedings for civil servants pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, for which the Yonkers Public Schools is required to appoint such Hearing Officers.
