To approve the settlement of a grievance, AAA Case Number 01-24-0007-8975, recoupment of overpayment of salary

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and the YFT desire to settle the grievance, AAA Case Number 01-24-0007-8975, recoupment of overpayment of salary; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and the YFT have reached an Agreement settling the matter; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YSCD has had an opportunity to review the terms of the Agreement, and finds that the terms are fair, reasonable, and appropriate under the circumstances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the YCSD hereby approves the Agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Schools, Anibal Soler, Jr., and those under his direction are authorized to take all steps necessary to effectuate the Agreement.
