Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Empress Emergency Medical Services to purchase professional services to support the Adult Education Program for the 2024-2025 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Empress Emergency Medical Services a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Empress Emergency Medical Services to provide these professional services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Empress Emergency Medical Services at a cost not to exceed $6,500.00.
