Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Staff Substance Abuse Policy #9610.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Staff Substance Abuse Policy #9610 formerly numbered 9320.1; and
Be it further resolved that Policy #9610 Staff Substance Abuse Policy shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual.
