Scope: Hayley’s Make-A-Witch Drive will donate approximately 80 books (5 per classroom), 300 goodie bags filled with crayons, coloring book, pencil, and glo-sticks, and 5 costumes to Museum School 25. This donation was made possible with the help of Teamsters Local 456, Yonkers Police PBA, Yonkers Police CLSA, and Yonkers Fire UFOA along with the Quatrocci Family.

WHEREAS the donor, Hayley’s Make-A-Witch Drive, wishes to donate books, goodie bags and costumes to Museum School 25 during the 2017-18 academic year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves the donation of the Hayley’s Make-A-Witch Drive to Yonkers Public Schools.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
