Scope- Horizon shall provide to schools on an as needed as-requested basis, the full range of staffing services including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, Health Aides, and other clinical professionals hereinafter referred to as ("Clinicians"). Additional practitioners (and or other temporary staff) and associated rates can be added as an addendum to this contract with agreement of other parties.
Additional funding is needed for nurses for private and parochial schools within the Yonkers borders.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain nursing services for the District,
WHEREAS the Board has selected Horizon Healthcare to provide this services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Horizon Healthcare Staffing in and amended amount not to exceed $97,000.00
