Resolution:

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Yonkers Board of Education wishes to enter into agreement with BrainPOP LLC to provide access to an online educational resource from both home and school, and
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with BrainPOP LLC, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and
WHEREAS the Board has determined that the services can best be provided BrainPOP LLC, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order to BrainPOP LLC to provide the above services at a total cost not to exceed $38,222.25.
