WHEREAS the Board of Education on May 15, 2019 by Resolution Number 21.3 adopted an Agreement with Scholar Buys and
WHEREAS the Board would like to rescind that resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board Resolution
No. 21.3 is hereby rescinded.
