RESOLUTION ABSTRACT:
TO CONTINUE CONTRACTUAL VENDING TO NEPPERHAN COMMUNITY CENTER FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR, UNDER CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT #5176, TO PROVIDE APPROXIMATELY 745 USDA AND CACFP APPROVED AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS PER DAY AT A SELLING PRICE OF $0.88/PER UNIT.

YPS Students Enrolled in CACFP sponsored Nepperhan Community Center After School Program at Yonkers Middle High School, Nepperhan Community Center After School Program, Nepperhan Community Center After School Drum Corps, Riverside High School, Gorton High School and Lincoln High School.

Re: Contractual Extension with Nepperhan Community Center for the 2017-2018 school year.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: Nepperhan Community Center wishes to continue a contractual agreement with the Food Services Department of the Yonkers Pubic Schools to provide after school snacks at Yonkers Middle High School, Nepperhan Community Center After School Program, Nepperhan Community Center After School Drum Corps, Riverside High School, Gorton High School and Lincoln High School, the administration recommends extension of the contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the contract for After School Snacks at Yonkers Middle High School, Nepperhan Community Center After School Program, Nepperhan Community Center After School Drum Corps, Riverside High School, Gorton High School and Lincoln High School for the 2017-2018 school year be entered into as follows:

AND IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named firm.
