Scope: To award a general fund purchase order to Pach2 Group LLC to deliver ten (10) Elkay Model LZS8WSLP on-wall drinking fountains/bottle fillers. These units are needed to replace fillers that have lived beyond their useful life.

Resolution:

WHEREAS bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on February 7, 2025 in compliance with General Municipal Law 104b for Bid No. RFB-7382 “Purchase of ten (10) Elkay Model LZS8WSLP On-Wall Drinking Fountains”, and
WHEREAS such bids were duly examined and as a result the administration has determined that Pach2 Group LLC is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $12,430.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award Bid No. RFB-7382 “Purchase of ten (10) Elkay Model LZS8WSLP On-Wall Drinking Fountains” to Pach2 Group LLC in an amount not to exceed $12,430.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
