We are exercising our second 12 month renewal option from original contract #2017-00000616. Amendment #1 increased original contract by $13,000. Amendment #2 exercised 12-month renewal option for $25,000

Resolution:

WHEREAS Yonkers Public Schools is required to recondition our sports equipment and uniforms. Reconditioned equipment must meet safety guidelines to insure our students' well-being.
WHEREAS Stadium System has met all bid requirements necessary to recondition our sports equipment and uniforms.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools approve the extension of the contract bid for Stadium System to recondition our sports equipment and uniforms in the amount of $25,000.00.
