ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED FOR- RESOLUTION ABSTRACT for RFB 6264:
FOR MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS-CAFETERIA DEPARTMENT FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2018-2019.
FOCUS POPULATION: Students, teachers and employees of the Yonkers City Schools.
CONTRACTOR: lowest responsible bidder submitted to the Purchasing Department in compliance with General Municipal Law.
INCREASE OF CONTRACT NECESSARY- Due to YPS entering Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) more students participated in the breakfast and lunch program than anticipated.
Original amount of the 2018-2019 Cream-O-Land Contract was $498,646.35
Term of Contract: July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019

NOW THEREEFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the contract for Milk and Milk Products for School Year 2018-2019 be awarded as follows:
