Scope: Holistic Learning Center, LLC. shall provide ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) services on an as needed basis to District students. This will include intensive teaching, reinforcer assessment, and specialized discrete trial training and natural environment techniques.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Holistic Learning Center, LLC to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Services to support provide behavior intervention services, consultation, and training for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Holistic Learning Center, LLC a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Holistic Learning Center, LLC to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Holistic Learning Center, LLC at a cost not to exceed $22,500.00.
