Amount of Subscription – $26,375.00
Scope - The purpose of this resolution is to amend Board Report 16.2, Ceridian – 2017-2018 Month to Month Extension, which the Board of Trustees approved on October 18, 2017 (Original contract 2018-00000256 and original BOCS approval date 10/19/2017. This amendment is intended to increase the amount of the agreement by $26,375.00 in order to cover the unforeseen increased cost of projects related the Payroll/HR system throughout the 2017-2018 school year. The projects being covered will be or have been completed by the end of the 2017-2018 school year. These are non-recurring expenses and going forward into 2018-2019 we do not expect any overages on projects that may be needed throughout the upcoming school year.

WHEREAS the Yonkers Public Schools is seeking approval to amend the Ceridian Month to Month agreement, Board Report 16.2, dated October 18, 2017, and,
WHEREAS this amendment will increase the amount of the agreement by $26,375 bringing the total cost for the 2017-2018 school year to $626,375.00, and,
WHEREAS the increase is necessary to cover the costs related to unforeseen overages for projects that have occurred throughout the 2017-2018 school year. These costs are non-recurring and are not expected during the upcoming school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend the 2017-2018 agreement with Ceridian to increase the amount by $26,375.00 bringing the total cost for the contract to $626,375.00.
