FOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT RESOLUTION ABSTRACT: FOR THE REPAIR OF COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT IN YPS CAFETERIAS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2018-2019 FOCUS POPULATION: Students, teachers and employees for the Yonkers City School District. ASSESSMENT PROCESS: The vendor will provide repairs and maintenance to commercial kitchen equipment, as needed, in the Yonkers schools cafeterias as specified in Schedule No. RFB-6301 CONTRACTOR: Lowest bid submitted to the Purchasing Department in compliance with General Municipal Law. RATIONALE: AMOUNT OF CONTRACT: Total Contracting Consulting Inc. 1467 Longfellow Avenue Bronx, NY 10460 $88,000.00 Twelve months from the approval date of contract. To the Board of Education Yonkers, NY Re: Award on Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair and Maintenance for School Year 2018-2019 Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS, bids for Kitchen Equipment Repairs were solicited and opened on June 22,2018 in compliance with General Municipal Law and as a result of an examination of the bids submitted, the administration recommends the award to the lowest responsible bidders. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repairs in YPS for School Year 2018-2019 be awarded as follows: Total Contracting Consulting Inc. 1467 Longfellow Avenue Bronx, NY 10460 $88,000.00 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named firms.
