Request for Quotes (RFQ) 00008650 was issued to select vendors on April 12 and opened on April 18, 2018. Two responses were received and reviewed the lowest at $12,775.00 and the second at from City Store Gates MFG. Corp. for $18,950.00.
This work is required for the proper operation for the Saunders Auto Shops.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: in compliance with NYS General Municipal Law 104b quotes were duly solicited, opened in public and read aloud on April 18, 2018 for RFQ00008650 “Furnish and Install Overhead Door” at Saunders High School, and
WHEREAS: two quotes were received with Deegan Overhead Doors, having the lowest responsive and responsible bid of in the amount of $12,775.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Superintendent of Schools is authorized to issue a purchase order for RFQ00008650 “Furnish and Install Overhead Door” at Saunders High School to Deegan Overhead Doors, 957 Saw Mill River Rd., Yonkers NY 10710 in the amount of $12,775.00 for a term of 180 calendar days.
