Resolution:

WHEREAS, Chapter 56 of laws of 2017 authorizes an advance of 2019-2020 State Aid, which is a component of the School District's current 2018-2019 budget, and
WHEREAS, the State Aid Advance requires the approval of the Yonkers Board of Education, the Mayor, and the Commissioner of Finance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the request for a State Aid Advance in the amount $49,473,950 for the 2018-2019 fiscal year,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Board Report be forwarded to the Mayor of Yonkers for his approval, along with a copy of the attached application form.
