Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to purchase Small Kitchen Equipment from Bar Boy Products to be in USDA compliance for serving correct portion sizes to YPS students.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Bar Boy Products to provide small kitchen equipment to be in USDA compliance for serving correct portion sizes to YPS students.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hearby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Bar Boy Products at a cost not to exceed $10,462.00
