Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, bids for Frozen Foods were solicited and opened on April 13, 2018 in compliance with General Municipal Law and as a result of an examination of the bids submitted, the administration recommends the award to the lowest, responsible bidders.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for Frozen Foods for School Year 2018-2019 be awarded as follows:

Maximum Quality Foods $198,925.60
Mivila Foods $81,356.50
Metropolitan Foods $6,899.00
TOTAL AWARD:$497,226.70
