NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve funding for Independent Educational Evaluations in the areas of in the areas of neuropsychology, speech/language and occupational therapy in connection with pending litigation,
NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
