Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide nursing services to the students of the Yonkers Public School District, and
WHEREAS The Charter School of Educational Excellence (CSEE) will be reimbursed by the Yonkers Public Schools District for employment of a nurse hired directly by them.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Charter School of Educational Excellence in the amount not to exceed $45,570.00
