There were three bid responses; the lowest bid was Stadium System. Bid No. 6125, opening date 4/20/17. Thirty six month contract with two 12-month options to renew at the same unit prices, terms and conditions.

Resolution:

WHEREAS Yonkers Public Schools is required to recondition our sports equipment and uniforms. Reconditioned equipment must meet safety guidelines to insure our students' well-being.
WHEREAS Stadium System has met all bid requirements necessary to recondition our sports equipment and uniforms.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools approve the contract bid for Stadium System to recondition our sports equipment and uniforms for in the amount of $49,641.75.
