Rationale:
|
This Amendment is to provide Professional Development for Staff members of the Research, Evaluation and Reporting Department and for services rendered for the Maintenance and Support of Suspension letter functionality in PowerSchool. The focus of this Professional Development is to learn about creating Apex Reports and other customizations in PowerSchool.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend its' existing contract 2019-00000935 a second time with PowerSchool for training in Apex reports and customizations and a balance for services rendered for SIS customizations, Maintenance and Support in the 2019-2020 school year,
WHEREAS this amends the resolution for PowerSchool that will provide training that focuses on PowerSchool for Staff members in the 2019-2020 school year, adding training on creating Apex Reports and other customizations in PowerSchool,
WHEREAS this amends the resolution for payment of Maintenance and Support of SIS customizations specifically for use of Suspension letters in PowerSchool.
WHEREAS the previous amendment, approved February 26, 2020, increased the contract by $26,600.00 in order to provide Professional Development for Teachers and Pupil Support Staff.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an amended agreement with PowerSchool at a cost not to exceed $318,873.66
